the disabled

There are many different types of disabilities, and within each disability are several degrees of severity. It is difficult to isolate one disability for which Chiropractic has shown benefits. No matter what the disability, or its severity, if there is an interference to the nervous system, a Vertebral Subluxation, than we can help. If the disability is severe enough to confine the individual to a wheelchair, one can only imagine the amount of lower back discomfort they may be experiencing. For those disabilities affecting the nervous system or muscular system, who better to see than a Chiropractor to aid in the process of reaching maximum potential.
Chiropractic is not meant to replace any necessary medical treatments, it is here to add to the care of the individual. We are not here to compete, we are here to facilitate the body's own ability to express health. Many times we see our patients regain health that they thought they would never see again. Chiropractic does not claim to heal or treat any disability, disease, or condition, other than the Vertebral Subluxation Complex (VCS). At Lee Chiropractic Center, we feel that EVERYONE deserves the chance to express life to their fullest potential. People come in all shapes, sizes, and abilities. When it's all said and done, we all have the need to be free from Vertebral Subluxation.
As we always say, "At Lee Chiropractic Center, we tailor the adjustment to fit the individual." No matter what the ability of the individual, we find a gentle, safe, and effective method to remove the interference to the nervous system. As special as we all are, each of us requires our own adjustments. We are proud to know that what we do adds life to years. Chiropractic care has given so many individuals the chance to live life to their fullest potential. We are here to see that happen.
